Warranty Information


Our goal at Plus Platinum Jewelry is to provide exceptional service beyond the purchase of your luxury timepiece. Every watch bought through us is protected by either the original manufacturer’s warranty or our 4-year in house service warranty from Plus Platinum Jewelry, starting from the date of purchase. However, certain exclusions may apply. The date of purchase is determined by the date listed on the receipt or any other document deemed as proof of purchase by Plus Platinum Jewelry. In the unlikely event that something does go wrong with your watch within 4 years of the date of purchase, the watch would need to be sent back to us. Our qualified watchmakers serve as repair centers for high-end timepieces. All warranty repairs must be handled directly through Plus Platinum Jewelry; watches repaired by any other source will void all warranties. 


Our warranty does not cover damage caused by customer negligence. This includes but is not limited to water or moisture damage, external wear and tear, or any damage on the external portion of the watch.



All items come with a one year limited warranty against substantive manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Customer negligence is not covered. Diamonds above 0.10ct each are not covered. Plus Platinum Jewelry is not responsible for incidental damage on items. Items are subject to repair at the discretion of the company
